UX Content Writer

Project overview

Our client is looking for a UX Copywriter or Content Writer to join their design team to craft clear, accessible, and user-centered content across web, mobile, and product experiences. This role combines content strategy, microcopy, and content operations to improve usability, conversion, and customer satisfaction. You will partner with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to define voice & tone, develop content models and templates, and ensure content meets accessibility, localization, and SEO standards. This role will be 9+ months, 40 hours per week and remote! Key Responsibilities

• Write concise, user-centered microcopy and UI content for web, mobile apps, and connected products (labels, CTAs, error messages, help text, onboarding flows).
• Develop and maintain content strategy, content models, style guides, voice & tone frameworks, and editorial governance to ensure consistent experiences across products and channels.
• Collaborate with UX designers to craft content for prototypes and design flows using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision, and participate in user testing and iterative design reviews. Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional UX content, content design, or UX writing experience; experience at scale preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating microcopy, content design, content strategy, style guides, and real product examples; include before/after and impact metrics where possible. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
