Project overview
We are looking for a senior UX Researcher in Lyon for a long-term mission.
=> Start Date: 09/28/2026
=> Duration: 3 years mission
=> Context: Intervention within a Research team, in collaboration with other designers (UX, UI, UX writer, legal designer) in the product teams. Expert UX role, guarantor of the chapter's methods. Banking/digital environment, Web and mobile products with a large audience, strategic projects with strong business stakes.
=> Mission:
=> Technical stack and technical skills: Figma/FigJam, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, active monitoring. Confirmed experience in UX Research for large accounts, agile/product environment, knowledge of the banking or fintech sector appreciated. Human skills: communication, empathy, listening, autonomy, humility, rigor.

- Behavioral design
- Definition of research objectives and writing of the protocol
- Definition of the tester panel
- Facilitation and conducting of testing/interview sessions
- Analysis and presentation of results
- Support for other designers to confirm, redirect, or challenge their methods and deliverables
