Seeking a UX/UI Consultant for Web & Digital Experience to work 24 hours/week for 4 months (with extension option). The role involves supporting the analysis, structuring, and development of website components and UX/UI standards, primarily remotely with occasional on-site meetings near Munich.

- Support in analyzing and structuring existing and missing website components of a current corporate website
- Participation in the development and documentation of UX/UI standards for the website
- Support in creating and further developing components, templates, and design system elements in Figma
- Project-based support in building a sustainable web style guide
- Consulting and sparring on user experience, user interface design, and web conception
- Participation in optimizing existing user guidance and digital touchpoints
- Support in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from corporate communications
- Project-based further development of UX/UI fundamentals and web components for standardizing the digital presence
Project details

4 months with an option to extend by another 3 months
24 hours/week
80% Remote, project-related coordination on-site in the Munich area possible
Project language: German and English
Must-haves:
- Several years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Digital Experience, or Web Design
- Sound experience in developing design systems and component libraries
- Very good knowledge of Figma
- Very good knowledge of working with Strapi
- Experience with corporate websites and complex digital platforms
- Understanding of user-centered design and digital brand management
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary project stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent and structured way of working
- Experience in the further development of web style guides
- Experience in optimizing digital touchpoints
- Consulting experience in UX/UI and web conception
- Start: ab sofort
