Job description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to support the redesign of our digital learning platform (LXP). The role involves analyzing the existing platform, conceptualizing new features, and implementing designs based on a new style guide.

Project overview

We offer our customers digital further education (Data Analytics and AI) on our own learning platform (LXP). We are currently restructuring the platform and are looking for experienced support in UX/UI design with proven experience on learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Project Period and Phases

The project runs from now until the end of 2026 and is divided into two phases:

We will agree on the scope and workload for each phase together.

Tech Environment and Tools

Our platform is based on a Django backend and a React frontend. We work in Figma, supplemented by AI-powered design tools. The basis for all work is our style guide in Figma.

Use of AI

We use modern AI tools ourselves within the company and expect the same from you, especially in the discovery phase. You are familiar with AI-powered design tools and use them purposefully, especially in conjunction with Figma. The result is crucial: You must be able to explain and take responsibility for your designs and decisions. We are not looking for artifacts generated by simple prompts, but well-thought-out solutions that you stand behind.
