WAN / SD-WAN Network Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for a WAN/SD-WAN Network Engineer with strong technical expertise and L3 troubleshooting skills, to work on critical environments within the Agency Network Department.

You have successful experience in similar roles with a telecom operator, an integrator, or in a large enterprise environment.

• Work on Fortinet SD-WAN
• Work on Versa Networks
• Knowledge of operator backbones
• Integration of WAN/SDWAN network architectures
• L3 troubleshooting of solutions
• Automate build and run through Python development
• Dual SD-WAN editors Forti, Versa across +6000 sites
• MPLS, Internet collection
• Essential automation of the park with Python
• Dynamic BGP routing
• Very strong skills in BGP Routing, Fortinet SDWAN
• On-call duty evenings/weekends.
• Technical English.
• Remote work 10 days per month.
• At least 5 years of experience in WAN Networks
• Able to learn quickly and eager to engage with multiple technologies
• Good written and oral communication, fluent English
• Methodical, motivated, and rigorous, capable of working both independently and in a team in a dynamic and demanding environment
