• Support in maintaining project reports, month-end closing including reporting in the project
• Organization, preparation, and follow-up of project committees, workshops, and regular meetings
• Obtaining, preparing, and updating project-related information
• Support of the project's resource management, including onboarding and offboarding
• Support with authorization management and PMO processes
• Creation, consolidation, and quality assurance of project status reports
• Independent creation of presentations on project-related topics and content
• Tracking of measures, risks, dependencies, and decision requirements (including Quality Gates)
• Operational responsibility for budget and resource controlling
• Documentation of regular meetings and presentations
• Preparation of management presentations and decision documents

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business, or comparable degree
• Ideally, experience in PMO or project management or (partial) project leadership
• Knowledge in the SAP and energy industry environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods
• Confident use of MS Office and project management tools
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and Cloud ALM is an advantage
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is desirable
• Fluent German language skills
• Structured and analytical way of working
