• Leadership and management of the sub-project for the introduction of new EC top-up devices at the company restaurants.
• Coordination of the interaction between the payment terminals and the back-end systems SAP Accounting, Inventory Management, and Data Lake/Reporting
• Control and implementation of the integration of payment systems with CC and EC applications
• Schedule planning, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure that project solutions meet them.
• Coordination of the work of internal teams and external service providers during the various project phases
• Active coordination with surrounding teams for process integration
• Ensuring the quality of project results and compliance with company standards and guidelines.
• Promoting user acceptance through effective communication, training, and support strategies.
• In addition to close coordination with the business unit and external partners, proactive communication in terms of economic efficiency and the goals of the business unit to users, other IT teams, and internal committees is necessary.

Your Qualifications

• Completed IT training or completed IT studies with several years of professional experience.
• Experience in coordinating and implementing IT projects
• Affinity for hardware-intensive / infrastructural project planning
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Driver's license class B for business trips to our facilities
• German language skills at C1 level
