• In this position, you will take care of all concerns related to market communication with reference to electricity meters and ensure that our customers receive correct bills through your work.

• Another focus of your activity is in billing control. You carefully check invoices and consumption, carry out corresponding analyses, and help to ensure the quality and correctness of our billing processes.

Your Qualifications

• You have completed commercial vocational training and ideally already have experience in customer service administration. You can handle various concerns with confidence and maintain an overview even with complex issues.

• Your working method is structured, careful, and responsible. At the same time, you have a good understanding of numbers, which is particularly useful for tasks in the billing and controlling environment.
• You are proficient in common IT applications and quickly learn new systems; knowledge of SAP is an additional plus.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of the energy industry or the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with this area.
