• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing complex technical projects in the areas described above, while adhering to time, cost, quality, and resource goals
• Management of project resources, milestones, quality gates, backlogs, and sub-projects according to established project management methods (classic / hybrid / agile)
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost controlling, risk management, as well as derivation and follow-up of measures
• Active stakeholder and committee management, including organization and leadership of steering committees
• Contract and claims management, including change requests, service acceptances, and close collaboration with Legal, customers, and external partners
• Overall technical coordination, including defining procedures, ensuring solution quality, and contributing to SLAs
• Transparent project documentation and regular reporting to management and relevant stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience in managing complex, cross-functional IT development projects as overall project manager, program manager, IT operations manager, or similar.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1)
• Practical experience in complex, highly regulated eHealth projects
• Experience dealing with customers or service providers in the digital health environment, such as gematik or BMG
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Very good knowledge of project and risk management tools, as well as project controlling and reporting, including in agile and hybrid contexts
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (gematik specifications)
• Profound knowledge of IT security, cryptography and PKI, eHealth, TI infrastructure components, and compliance processes
• Entrepreneurial and responsible working style
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm
• Social skills and team spirit
• Presentation skills (management-level presentation of complex issues) and confident demeanor
• High analytical, organizational, and conceptual skills
