• Provide consulting support for IT solutions and assist with implementation
• Perform system maintenance and independently resolve occurring disruptions
• Coordinate collaboration with other technical teams and service providers
• Accurately create technical documentation and regular reports

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or business informatics
• Sound expertise in IT infrastructures and modern networks
• Practical knowledge in cloud and virtualization with OpenStack and VMware
• Experience with network solutions and systems from Arista and Juniper
• Practical experience in the IT service industry and system implementation
• German as a native language and good English skills at level B1-B2
• Valid car driving license for occasional travel activities
• Start: 2026-12
• Duration: 6 Monate
