• Leadership & Responsibility: In this role, you will take on a demanding leadership function with strategic, organizational, and operational responsibility. You will lead your team technically and disciplinarily in day-to-day business, develop a high-performing, trusting, and future-oriented team culture, develop it strategically, set clear priorities, and create the conditions for sustainable success.
• Structure & Control: You will systematically develop roles, responsibilities, and competencies within the team and ensure clear and reliable substitution arrangements. You will manage capacities, prioritize topics, and coordinate resources so that results are implemented with high quality, economically, and on time.
• Change Management: You will guide your team through change processes with clear, binding, and appreciative leadership and provide orientation in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic Co-design: You will report directly to the divisional management and actively participate in the strategic alignment and further development of your area of responsibility.

Your Qualifications

• Foundation & Qualification: You have a completed degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification and possess a solid professional foundation for this role.
• Development Expertise & Technology Understanding: You have several years of experience in IT – ideally with a focus on software development and automation.
• Leadership & Team Orientation: You have already taken on leadership responsibility and understand how to lead teams clearly, appreciatively, and bindingly, as well as how to develop them strategically.
• Analytics & Implementation Competence: You convince with technical depth, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach. You are also prepared to get involved operationally in IT topics and projects if necessary.
• Communication & Drive for Action: You possess a high degree of communication strength, implementation orientation, and control ability in dealing with various stakeholders and enjoy conveying complex technical and functional contexts understandably, as well as actively shaping adjacent IT topics.
