For the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a Work Preparer for Green Spaces / Industry.

*Temporary Employment / Secondment*

*Possibly a dual role for Green Spaces and Industry*

With approx. 250 employees, 7 Group Leaders, and 1 Operations Manager, you will carry out activities in public spaces for the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch. In addition, you will serve 250 private clients.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining a pleasant working atmosphere.

As a Work Preparer, you are responsible for the preparation of assignments in the field of Greenery and public spaces.

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrable work and thinking level;
• Affinity for the Greenery profession and for people with a distance to the labor market;
• You have a good sense of priority and the ability to switch quickly.
• 36 hours constitute a full-time work week;

• Suppliers of candidates must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the Municipalities collective labor agreement;
• We would like to receive in the personal motivation a substantiation showing that the candidate possesses the required competencies;
• The duration of the request is 5 working days, after which the shortlist will be sent to the Municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch;
• If the candidate can start at the client, a pre-employment screening will take place. We will send you the necessary documents for this via the Portal at that time. Your candidate may only start after completion of the pre-employment screening;
• The candidate possesses a proof of identity (a passport or identity card), which is valid at intake and on the start date of the candidate's contract and can be presented for inspection;
• By offering a candidate, we assume that you agree with the conditions of the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch;
• The rate depends on the knowledge and skills of the candidate.
