Responsibilities
- Independent work preparation for complex tunnel construction and infrastructure projects
- Creation, structuring, and updating of construction process and schedule plans
- Development of practice-oriented construction process concepts, considering technical and organizational dependencies
- Planning and coordination of construction phases, resources, and timelines
- Analysis of critical interfaces between trades, construction sections, and project participants
- Identification of schedule risks, bottlenecks, and critical dependencies in the construction process
- Development and implementation of suitable measures for optimizing construction processes
- Coordination with site management, project management, and other specialist departments
- Evaluation of the practical feasibility of planned construction processes
Requirements
Location is the office in Düsseldorf, with site visits as needed
- Many years of experience in work preparation and schedule planning for complex construction projects
- Sound practical construction experience in large infrastructure projects, ideally in tunnel construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, construction methods, and cross-trade interfaces
- Experience in creating and managing complex construction schedules
- Clear understanding of critical project phases and their impact on the overall construction process
- Ability to recognize schedule risks early and develop practice-oriented solutions
- Experience in collaborating with site management, project management, and executing specialist departments
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
