Responsibilities

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday US Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong experience in Workday Payroll configuration and functional troubleshooting.
• Participate in payroll discovery, design, and configuration reviews.
• Execute unit, simulation, parallel, and end-to-end payroll testing.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, validation, and defect resolution.
• Support payroll data conversion and pay history/balance loads.
• Assist with cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production payroll support.
• Work with Workday HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Integration teams on payroll dependencies.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and configuration documentation.
• Support Workday release testing, knowledge transfer, and payroll process improvements.
