JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to the expansion of our capacity, we are looking for a flexible workplace manager. This involves regular workplace management tasks such as setting up workstations at (new) locations, user support, deploying ICT resources, and second-line troubleshooting of calls.

Wishes regarding the new employee:

The new employee will be part of a national team that often works regionally.

· Candidates must have their own transportation (lease car from the employment agency).

· The employee must be socially skilled, function well both in a team and independently, have experience and enjoyment in user support, and be able to carefully maintain the necessary administration in our database (clientèle).

· The employee will primarily be deployed at our ICT HUB in Gouda. You will assist new employees by issuing laptops and iPhones, configuring them, and providing first-line support.

· Material management - You will manage the hardware inventory, process returns from departing colleagues, and ensure correct registration.

· Re-imaging & imaging - You will reconfigure taken-in equipment for the new work environment using standardized USB image procedures.

Given the work locations where most activities will take place, we welcome candidates residing in the Gouda region.

Additional information:

In addition, the workplace manager may participate in the on-call duty schedule. On average, a workplace manager performs on-call duty for 1 week every 8 weeks. Mon-Fri from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sat-Sun from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• MBO 4 work/thinking level;
• Candidate must possess Own Transportation (lease car from the employment agency) + Driver's License; Car at least Cat. B.
• 36 hours per week
• Candidate must be deployable quickly (there is a short onboarding period).
