JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a flexible workplace manager due to the expansion of our capacity. This involves regular workplace management tasks such as setting up workstations at (new) locations, user support, deploying ICT resources, and second-line troubleshooting of calls. The new employee will be part of a national team that primarily works regionally. Candidates must have their own transportation (lease car from the secondment agency).

The employee must be socially skilled, able to function well both in a team and independently, have experience and enjoyment in user support, and be able to carefully maintain the necessary administration in our database (clientèle). The employee will primarily be deployed at our ICT HUBS in Arnhem, Baexem, and Tilburg.

· You will assist new employees by issuing laptops and iPhones, configuring them, and providing first-line support.

· Asset Management: You will manage the hardware inventory, process returns from departing colleagues, and ensure correct registration.

· Re-imaging & imaging: You will reconfigure returned equipment for the new work environment using standardized USB image procedures.

Given these locations where most of the work will take place, we are looking for candidates residing in the Eindhoven region.

In addition, the workplace manager may participate in the on-call schedule. On average, a workplace manager will be on-call for 1 week every 8 weeks. Mon-Fri from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sat-Sun from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• MBO 4 work/thinking level;
• Relevant work experience;
• Candidate must possess Own Transportation (lease car from the secondment agency) + Driver's License;
• Car at least Cat. B.
• 36 hours per week
• Candidate must be deployable quickly (there is a short onboarding period).
