For an exciting implementation project, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Developer with a focus on CSM and interface development.

Experience with ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) is a big plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities

Conception and implementation of complex interfaces within the ServiceNow platform

Integration of ServiceNow CSM with various external systems

Development and connection of REST APIs

Implementation of bidirectional interfaces and data flows

Work with product catalogs and complex order processes

Analysis of business requirements and development of suitable technical solutions

Conducting workshops and requirements gathering

Creation and coordination of user stories

Independent technical implementation and problem-solving

What you bring

Several years of experience with ServiceNow

Very good knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM)

In-depth experience in interface development and system integration

Very good knowledge of REST APIs

Understanding of product catalogs and order processes

Independent and structured way of working

Strong problem-solving skills

Confidence in workshops and in communication with various stakeholders

Very good German language skills

Particularly interesting: Experience with ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) and the integration of corresponding processes.
