Our client, a leader in its sector, based in Chelles, is looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant M/F for a 3-month interim assignment.

Salary: €28,000 - €30,000 Gross Annual

Conditions: 35 hours per week

• Managing telephone reception
• Responding to customer requests by email and forwarding requests to the relevant people
• Compiling and tracking customer files
• Administrative processing of after-sales service interventions (data entry, quotes, invoicing, etc.)
• Administrative processing of after-sales service returns
• Daily exchanges with internal departments
• Assisting the After-Sales Service Manager and Deputy
• Successful previous experience in an After-Sales Service role (minimum 2 years)
• Good level of Excel proficiency
• Good interpersonal skills and a taste for customer relations
• Proactive, good communication skills
• Team spirit, diplomacy, and good stress management
