Project overview
As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will work on harmonizing employment conditions and pension schemes at Essent.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Prepare a transition plan for employment conditions and pension schemes
- Guide the ERD transition of Sickness Benefits and WGA, including risk analysis
- Provide stakeholder management and coordination with employee representation, and anchor in HR and payroll systems
- Communicate with the board, management, and employees about the changes and their impact
- Ensure the safeguarding and transfer of agreements and file management to the line organization
- Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in Business Administration or HRM
- Relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Experience with harmonizing employment conditions during mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Experience with pension changes and ERD transitions for Sickness Benefits and WGA
- Strong analytical skills and persuasive advisory skills
