Interim Business Change Manager – Member Contact Platform (LCP) (detach.)

Project overview

As Business Change Manager, you will lead the business change and adoption track within the Member Contact Platform (LCP).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and monitor the integrated business change, implementation, and adoption approach for LCP
• Identify the change impact on organization, processes, employees, and working methods
• Translate the central LCP approach into an executable approach per entity and target group
• Lead impact analyses and implementation and adoption plans per entity
• Organize collaboration with local business change managers and other involved disciplines
• Ensure coherence between training, communication, key users, coaching, WFM, authorizations, and support
• Monitor readiness and go-live criteria and assess whether entities are ready for migration
• Identify change-related risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and manage them
• Advise project leadership, steering committee, sponsors, and management on change impact and feasibility
• Monitor progress and results of the business change track and adjust where necessary
• Track usage, proficiency, and employee experience to demonstrate adoption
• Organize aftercare and embedding and manage the handover to the line organization
• Working and thinking level at Bachelor's or Master's degree level
• Solid experience in business change, change management, and complex implementation projects
• Demonstrable experience with organization-wide changes involving technology, processes, and behavior
• Experience within a multidisciplinary context with various organizational units or entities
• Experience in impact analysis, implementation strategy, adoption, and readiness
• Capacity to translate strategy into concrete execution for employees and management
• Experience in managing and connecting disciplines without a direct hierarchical line
• Experience in managing stakeholders at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
• Experience with the implementation of customer contact, CRM, or omnichannel platforms is a plus
