Project overview

As Lead Project Control Manager, you will establish and ensure the further development of the Project Control Organization (PCO).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Establish and implement the Project Control Organization
• Manage the PCO work organization, both functionally and organizationally
• Coach and guide project controllers in applying methodologies
• Manage and improve the Project-Based Maintenance work methodology as process owner
• Develop and standardize project control methodologies
• Monitor quality, uniformity, and coherence within the Project-Based Maintenance chain
• Chair the internal coordination meeting with the Heads of Projects
• Identify structural bottlenecks and translate them into improvement proposals
• Increase craftsmanship through knowledge sharing, coaching, and training
• Create buy-in and guide the implementation of new working methods
• Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in the field of project control
• At least 3 years of experience in setting up and implementing change programs
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guiding colleagues in implementing or improving project control methodologies
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Minimum 32 hours per week available, with a maximum of 9 hours per working day
