Job description
Lead the Project Control Organization (PCO), establish and further develop its processes, and manage a team of project controllers.
Project overview
As Lead Project Control Manager, you will establish and ensure the further development of the Project Control Organization (PCO).
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Establish and implement the Project Control Organization
- Manage the PCO work organization, both functionally and organizationally
- Coach and guide project controllers in applying methodologies
- Manage and improve the Project-Based Maintenance work methodology as process owner
- Develop and standardize project control methodologies
- Monitor quality, uniformity, and coherence within the Project-Based Maintenance chain
- Chair the internal coordination meeting with the Heads of Projects
- Identify structural bottlenecks and translate them into improvement proposals
- Increase craftsmanship through knowledge sharing, coaching, and training
- Create buy-in and guide the implementation of new working methods
- Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in the field of project control
- At least 3 years of experience in setting up and implementing change programs
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guiding colleagues in implementing or improving project control methodologies
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Minimum 32 hours per week available, with a maximum of 9 hours per working day
