Management and Delivery of Civil Structures

Project overview

The assignment focuses on delivering an up-to-date management and maintenance file for civil structures.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing available management information and inspection results of civil structures
• Identifying and prioritizing necessary maintenance measures
• Preparing a practically executable management and maintenance file with planning and financial points of attention
• Coordinating substantive interfaces with the contact person designated by the municipality
• Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years, gained in the last 5 years, with independently managing, inspecting, and/or maintaining civil structures in public spaces
• At least 2 reference projects with a concrete role description, type of area, and achieved results
• Availability from December 1, 2026, for 36 hours per week for the entire assignment
• Mastery of the Dutch language at a minimum B2 level in speaking and writing
