Project overview
The assignment focuses on delivering an up-to-date management and maintenance file for civil structures.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyzing available management information and inspection results of civil structures
- Identifying and prioritizing necessary maintenance measures
- Preparing a practically executable management and maintenance file with planning and financial points of attention
- Coordinating substantive interfaces with the contact person designated by the municipality
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years, gained in the last 5 years, with independently managing, inspecting, and/or maintaining civil structures in public spaces
- At least 2 reference projects with a concrete role description, type of area, and achieved results
- Availability from December 1, 2026, for 36 hours per week for the entire assignment
- Mastery of the Dutch language at a minimum B2 level in speaking and writing
