The project manager ensures the execution and phased implementation of the Flow Forward project.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the various implementation phases
• Organizing refinement sessions
• Monitoring planning and interdependencies
• Ensuring alignment between Supply Chain Management, Operations, and IT
• Monitoring progress towards the different releases
• Ensuring successful implementation within the organization
• Working and thinking level at HBO/WO level
• Experience with stakeholder management in business and IT environments
• Experience with implementations involving multiple departments
• Preferred: experience within Supply Chain Management
• Preferred: experience in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Preferred: experience with process optimization and Lean
