The project manager ensures the execution and phased implementation of the Flow Forward project.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing the various implementation phases
- Organizing refinement sessions
- Monitoring planning and interdependencies
- Ensuring alignment between Supply Chain Management, Operations, and IT
- Monitoring progress towards the different releases
- Ensuring successful implementation within the organization
- Working and thinking level at HBO/WO level
- Experience with stakeholder management in business and IT environments
- Experience with implementations involving multiple departments
- Preferred: experience within Supply Chain Management
- Preferred: experience in the energy or infrastructure sector
- Preferred: experience with process optimization and Lean
