Senior Contract Manager Youth (and Customization) (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on strengthening regional cooperation around youth care and customization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Optimizing existing contracts within the social domain
• Preparing future procurement processes for the Youth Act
• Mapping the quality, performance, and results of the purchased offerings
• Collaborating with municipalities, care providers, and policy officers
• Drawing up a contract and risk analysis per provider
• Advising on contract strategy, extension, and further development
• Supporting the preparation and execution of agreed contract discussions and improvement actions
• Delivering a transferable working method and formats for contract management, monitoring, and reporting
• A completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• At least 5 years of experience as a contract manager within the Social Domain
• Experience gained in the last 3 years with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Excel
• At least 1 year of work experience as a contract manager for Youth (desirable)
• A completed education or course in change management and/or contract management within the social domain (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience within a regional cooperation or municipal collaboration (preferred)
