Strengthen regional cooperation in youth care and customization by optimizing contracts, preparing future procurement processes, and monitoring provider performance.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on strengthening regional cooperation around youth care and customization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Optimizing existing contracts within the social domain
- Preparing future procurement processes for the Youth Act
- Mapping the quality, performance, and results of the purchased offerings
- Collaborating with municipalities, care providers, and policy officers
- Drawing up a contract and risk analysis per provider
- Advising on contract strategy, extension, and further development
- Supporting the preparation and execution of agreed contract discussions and improvement actions
- Delivering a transferable working method and formats for contract management, monitoring, and reporting
- A completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- At least 5 years of experience as a contract manager within the Social Domain
- Experience gained in the last 3 years with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Excel
- At least 1 year of work experience as a contract manager for Youth (desirable)
- A completed education or course in change management and/or contract management within the social domain (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience within a regional cooperation or municipal collaboration (preferred)
