Job Description

For our client at the Berlin location, we are currently looking for experienced 1st/2nd Level Supporters (m/f/d) for freelance engagement, 3-5 days per week.

The goal of the project is to ensure stable and smooth IT operations through reliable infrastructure management, support, and user assistance.

• Operation and administration of IT infrastructure
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Support, troubleshooting, and on-site service
• Execution of rollouts and system tests
• Maintenance of IT documentation and asset management
• User consultation and training

• Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Sound IT knowledge and technical understanding
• Experience in 1st/2nd level support
• Knowledge of network technology (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Knowledge of server and client infrastructures
• Client and software management
• Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility
