Contract role in Pune for a 4–8 years professional to support end-to-end change management execution in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE. The person will create/review/approve Change Actions/Requests/Orders, ensure correct linkages between impacted items, revisions and documents, monitor workflow progression, maintain data integrity/compliance, support users with training, troubleshoot workflow/relationship/permission issues, and build reports/dashboards for change KPIs across engineering, manufacturing and quality stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
- Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with 3DX apps like Change Management, Engineering Central, Product Structure Editor.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Change Management
- Ability to create/review/approve Change Actions (CA), Change Requests (CR), and Change Orders (CO) in 3DX
- Understanding of item/revision/document relationships and ensuring correct linkages in PLM
- Workflow monitoring and lifecycle stage progression in 3DX
- Troubleshooting 3DX change workflows, object relationships, and permissions
- Reporting and dashboards for change metrics/KPIs in 3DX
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering/manufacturing/quality to validate change data
