Project overview

Scope of the mission, full-time:

Release Management of the DATA Train (6 teams):

Product Owner of the Data System Team:

• Definition and management of the Release Management process
• Construction and maintenance of the release schedule, in coordination with project teams, Data/BI, business, and technical teams
• Coordination of the various stakeholders involved in releases to secure production deployments
• Management of dependencies between applications, components, teams, and releases
• Organization and facilitation of Go / No-Go validation steps before production deployment
• Monitoring of release preparation: scope, prerequisites, tests, validations, documentation, and readiness of the various components
• Identification, monitoring, and anticipation of risks that could impact a release or production deployment
• Management and communication of release status to technical teams, business, and management
• Coordination of production deployments and post-release monitoring to ensure stabilization of delivered solutions
• Monitoring of incidents or anomalies related to releases, coordination of remediation plans, and contribution to lessons learned
• Definition and dissemination of Release Management best practices, particularly around versioning, CI/CD, documentation, quality, and traceability of deliveries
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, with development, architecture, operations, and support teams
• Backlog management and prioritization
• Gathering and analysis of needs, translating them into User Stories / functionalities usable by development teams
• Definition of acceptance criteria and support for functional validation of delivered features
• Arbitration and prioritization of requests based on business value, technical constraints, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and coordination with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements
• Contribution to the definition of the product roadmap, in line with delivery constraints and the release schedule
• Documentation of processes, management rules, and decisions necessary for the proper governance of the product and releases
