Job description
Support the contract manager with maintenance contracts for highways in the South of the Netherlands. You will advise on contract interpretation, financial management, and risk mitigation.
Project overview
You will support the contract manager with maintenance contracts for highways in the South of the Netherlands.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Identifying risks and proactively proposing appropriate management measures
- Advising the contract manager on decisions to be made and assessing contract changes
- Performing financial contract management, including checking payment requests and preparing performance statements
- Coordinating the green room process and recording status and decisions in the systems
- Contributing to the compilation of an ABC contract file with an audit trail
- Advising on the interpretation of UAV-GC, UAV, and other contract provisions, contract strategy, disputes, and claims
- Collaborating and coordinating with contractors and other organizational units within and outside the cluster
- Completed HBO education in a relevant field, with work and intellectual capacity at HBO level
- At least 5 years of knowledge and experience in procurement and/or contract management within the infrastructure sector
- Knowledge of and experience with contracts such as D&C and E&C
- Experience with UAV-GC and/or collaboration in construction teams is a plus
- Experience with system-oriented contract management of maintenance contracts (plus)
- Experience with performing audits based on quality assurance is a plus
- Affinity with technology and infrastructure (plus)
