Salary: €30,000 - €32,000 Gross Annual salary over 13 months

• Secure supplies and ensure stock monitoring for specific projects.
• Analyze needs calculations and trigger necessary orders.
• Monitor supplies and share information with relevant teams.
• Analyze requests submitted by the quotation department.
• Define the scope of offers in collaboration with the sales and quotation departments.
• Extract and analyze product lists and references.
• Consult suppliers to obtain the necessary information for developing offers.
• Prepare and submit costings within the given deadlines.
• You hold a BAC+2/3 degree in logistics, purchasing, or commerce and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Good knowledge of procurement and quotation management processes.
• Aptitude for technical environments, particularly electronics and/or mechanics.
• Rigor, organization, and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
