Project overview

The assignment focuses on handling complex issues related to land affairs and professionalizing the sales process, including the re-issuance of beach pavilions.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising on complex legal issues in the field of land affairs, land issuance, real estate transactions, and area development
• Drafting and reviewing sales, rental, and leasehold agreements
• Guiding and substantively handling complex sales and issuance issues
• Further professionalizing and standardizing the sales process and the creation of contracts
• Developing and improving standard agreements, formats, and work processes
• Mapping existing practices and proposing improvements and standardization
• Advising on legal risks, contract terms, and applicable laws and regulations
• Guiding and executing the re-issuance of beach pavilions, including legal processing
• Consulting with parties inside and outside the organization on land affairs and contractual agreements
• Ensuring that sales and issuance processes are conducted carefully and legally correctly
• A completed HBO bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of five years of experience as a (legal) advisor in land affairs within a municipal organization
• Preferably at least seven years of experience as a (legal) advisor in land affairs
• Recent experience, no older than three years, with re-issuance projects at a municipality
• Experience with standardizing processes and agreements at a municipality
• Completed legal education at a minimum HBO level
• A completed WO education in a relevant field is a plus
• Availability no later than January 4, 2027
