The assignment involves further shaping and developing the internal AP Academy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Mapping the current state and existing offerings in the field of learning and development
- Identifying learning needs and bottlenecks among employees and other stakeholders
- Formulating a future vision for the further growth of the AP Academy
- Drawing up a concrete and feasible development plan
- Advising on the positioning of the AP Academy and on suitable learning methods such as blended learning and e-learning
- Realizing and guiding the further setup and development of the AP Academy
- Creating support within the organization
- Advising on the anchoring and structural further development of the AP Academy
- Bachelor's degree in the field of educational science, pedagogy, learning & development, or HR
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a learning & development advisor
- Proven didactic experience and experience in designing and further developing training programs
- Proven experience in translating learning needs into everyday practice
- Knowledge of modern learning methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and workplace learning
