Advisor Permitting Water Quality

Project overview

Assignment: Do you have extensive legal and substantive knowledge of water quality and permitting? And can you independently handle complex cases and draft legally sound decisions? Then this is an interesting assignment! For this assignment, we are looking for an experienced specialist who temporarily adds expertise to the organization and contributes to the careful and timely handling of complex permitting procedures.

What will you do?

Independently handle complex permitting procedures in the field of water quality.

Assess permit applications and complex discharge issues.

Draft legally sound permit decisions and regulations.

Analyze complex cases and provide integrated advice on the content.

Coordinate with involved parties and stakeholders.

Complete assigned cases on time.

Transfer knowledge and insights to the organization.

Requirements

Minimum HBO work and thinking level.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with permitting in the field of water quality and/or environment.

Demonstrable knowledge of the Environmental Act, the General Administrative Law Act (Awb), and relevant environmental legislation.

Experience with independently handling complex permit applications and discharge issues.

Demonstrable experience with drafting legally sound permits and regulations.

The ability to operate independently, understand complex cases, and provide integrated advice.
