Experienced consultant sought to conduct annual training on Swedish and European environmental legislation for approximately 100 employees, covering current and upcoming legal requirements and their practical implications for the business.

Training in environmental legislation
We are looking for an experienced consultant to conduct an annual training on relevant Swedish and European environmental legislation for approximately 100 employees. The training should provide an overview of current and upcoming legal requirements, focusing on what they mean for our business and how compliance can be ensured in practice.
Target groups and content
Desired structure
We would prefer a short joint introduction followed by target group-specific blocks, for example, 60 minutes for the network group and 30–40 minutes each for the other groups. We are open to the supplier's recommendations.
The trainer must have solid environmental legal competence, preferably an understanding of telecom or similar operations, and be able to explain the legal requirements in a practical and engaging way.

- Network organization (80 people): Employees working with construction, maintenance, and decommissioning of network infrastructure. For example, environmental permits, chemicals, hazardous waste, and environmental requirements for construction work.
- Sales/product (15 people): Employees working with mobile phones and other electronic equipment. For example, producer responsibility, Right to Repair, ecodesign, product passports, and packaging legislation.
- Facility/Legal (5 people): Environmental requirements related to premises, chemicals, and waste, as well as overall environmental legal updates.
- A standard training with relevant legislation.
- A business-adapted training with examples and content related to our business.
