Assignment Description

Solna Municipality has a need for legal services at least 3 days a week for the municipal lawyer during parental leave from February 1, 2027 – March 1, 2028. The assignment shall primarily be performed on-site at Solna Municipality's premises.

Delivery Requirements

Ongoing delivery during the contract period.

Role

Qualified lawyer.

Expected Outcome

Perform usual duties as a municipal lawyer, legal investigations, litigation, statements to courts, advice to managers and employees, training for managers and employees. Work and take responsibility independently but also in close collaboration with managers and employees.

Project Organization

Reports directly to the department manager. Closest colleague is a municipal lawyer specializing in data protection, OSL, social law, delegation, etc.

Handling of Personal Data

Employees' personal data, municipal citizens' external company data.

• Law degree
• Many years of experience in qualified legal work in a municipality, region, or other politically governed organization
• Completed judicial clerkship
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Solid experience in contract law, property law, environmental law, administrative and municipal law
• Many years of experience as a municipal lawyer
• The consultant must be able to work independently
• The consultant must be able to collaborate with managers and employees
