Seeking a Python & GenAI Developer with AWS Bedrock expertise for a fully remote project focused on technical conception, implementation, quality assurance, and documentation of AI/IT functionalities.

- Technical Conception: Analysis of business requirements for each process and translation into viable technical solution concepts.
- Implementation & Integration: Development and enhancement of AI/IT functionalities using Python and Amazon Bedrock.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Creation of unit and integration tests, participation in code reviews, and ensuring quality standards.
- Documentation & Transfer: Creation of technical documentation (TechDocs, Operations Manual) and support for orderly operational handover and troubleshooting.
- Project-Specific Evidence: Please list the required must-have & should-have criteria directly as concrete activities in your respective project stations (e.g., "Implementation of X with Y" instead of pure skill lists).
- Wording & Experience: Feel free to adopt the wording from the job posting. Please ensure that the required years of experience are clearly evident from the project periods.
- Python Development: Demonstrable practical experience in professional software development with Python (> 3 years of experience).
- AWS & GenAI: Practical project experience with Amazon Bedrock (Generative AI / LLMs on AWS Cloud).
- Language Skills: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (project-specific documentation and coordination in German).

- Agent Frameworks: Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain or Bedrock Agents (Weighting: 30%).
- AI Compliance & Security: Knowledge of data protection and information security in AI processes with high security requirements (Weighting: 30%).
