• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: User-centered collection, description, coordination, and refinement of business requirements (creation and refinement of user stories) for agile product development.
• Stakeholder Management: Identification of relevant stakeholders, clarification of expectations and goals, and continuous coordination with interface partners.
• Workshop Moderation: Planning, conducting, and follow-up of requirements workshops and refinements with project stakeholders.
• Agile Process Consulting: Consulting and further development in the agile requirements process at the interface between V-Modell and agile development.
• Conception & Modeling: Business support in creating target visions using modeling tools and methods.
• Agile Collaboration: Participation in all business meetings, Scrum events, workshops, and necessary meetings at the place of performance.
• Project Controlling: Methodological and business support for internal processes and capacity planning.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: At least 3 years of experience in documenting, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes (Intermediate Level).
• Agile Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in documenting and refining requirements, as well as creating/coordinating user stories in agile development teams.
• Workshop Moderation: At least 3 years of experience in independently conducting requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Agile Methods: At least 3 years of solid practical experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Interface Communication: At least 3 years of experience in coordinating and communicating with complex interface partners.
• Language Level: Business fluent German, both spoken and written (C2).

• Tooling: Experience in issue and project tracking with Jira Software and Confluence (Junior Level, ? 3 years).
• Large Projects / Architecture: Demonstrable experience in managing consulting or conception projects (> 10 employees) with complex system architecture (ideally 2 references).
• Industry Knowledge Public Transport: Experience with the development, integration, or operation of passenger information systems in public transport.

Utilization: 100% / 1 FTE (approx. 698 person-days, of which approx. 63 days on-site in Frankfurt am Main)

Language skills: German (C2 level required)

€600-€700 for partner companies
