Experienced Test Manager & Business Analyst needed for a bank client, starting November 2026. The role involves managing quality assurance testing and supporting business analysis and program management.
Project overview
For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager & Business Analyst starting November 2026.
In this role, you will independently manage quality assurance testing activities from conception to acceptance, while simultaneously supporting business requirements analysis and occasionally overarching program management.

- Test Management:
- Planning, structuring, and operational management of all testing activities.
- Creation and coordination of test concepts, test plans, and test cases.
- Coordination of test execution, defect management, and support for business acceptance.
- Business Analysis:
- Collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of complex business requirements and banking processes.
- Creation of well-founded business concepts and analysis of dependencies and changes.
- As a central interface, you will moderate between business departments, IT, and program management.
- Program Management Support (approx. 10 PT):
- Support in overarching program management, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Preparation of strategic and operational decisions for management.
- Several years of in-depth project experience combining Test Management and Business Analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in the banking or financial services sector (BFSI).
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance, test methods, and requirements management.
- High degree of independence, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness for occasional on-site assignments in Nuremberg.
- Start: 23.11.2026 (as soon as possible)
- Duration: 23.11.2026 – 31.12.2027
- Utilization: approx. 50% FTE (Scope: up to 135 PT Test/BA + 10 PT Program Management Support)
- Location: Nuremberg & Remote (hybrid)
- Application Deadline: 29.10.2026
- Daily Rate: €780 remote, €850 onsite
