The Method Domain offers project teams a methodological framework with a set of associated services and resources to support their operational efficiency and a continuous improvement approach.

(*) TEMPO is the methodological repository of the BPCE SI company. It provides Delivery teams with best practices for software development (tools, deliverables, best practices, and guides).

Working Conditions

• Describing methodological best practices for producing quality software
• Deploying these software development best practices to teams
• Managing change with the teams
• Training and supporting teams daily in their practices
• Proposing qualitative and quantitative measures to monitor the proper deployment of these practices
• Frame the impact of using generative AI solutions in software developed by BPCE-SI on the TEMPO group method
• Describe the new practices in the methodological repository
• Evaluate current AI project processes in teams to build an ADLC cycle
• Closely support teams in their adoption of method evolutions
• Collaborate with architects and method experts to align AI agent usage with compliance, security, and IT process requirements
• Ensure technological watch
• Understanding of the AI lifecycle: knowing how a model is trained, deployed, monitored, and updated in production
• Management of AI-specific risks: skills in AI security (prompt injection, protection of training data) and management of agent performance drift
• "Agent"-oriented design: understanding how to design processes where AI agents collaborate with each other or with humans
• Technical vision of the functioning of autonomous agents, LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and agent orchestrators
• Knowledge of major regulations (especially the AI Act in Europe) and banking compliance requirements (GDPR, auditability of decisions, bias, explainability)
• Experience in transformation management within the IT department of a large company
• Expertise in implementing state-of-the-art generative AI solutions (agentics, harness management, MCP, skills...)
• Aptitude for facilitation, support, and change management roles with operational teams
• Very good communication, written and oral, with the ability to work with stakeholders from various backgrounds within the BPCE group
• Daily Rate: 600
