Support Justis teams in their development towards an Agile way of working by guiding them, facilitating meetings, and fostering knowledge sharing.
Project overview
As an Agile Coach, you will support Justis's teams in their development towards an Agile way of working.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding teams towards an effective, transparent, and cohesive way of working according to Agile principles
- Applying suitable coaching techniques and learning interventions tailored to the team's needs
- Collaborating with the teams to build a solid Agile structure at the operational and tactical level
- Facilitating Agile meetings such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Supporting employees in further developing their role within the teams
- Promoting organization-wide knowledge sharing and contributing to a 'Justis Way of Working'
- Completed higher professional education (hbo)
- An Agile, Scrum, and/or PRINCE2 certificate
- Certified Scrum Master
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach in an Agile IT environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile tools and techniques, including Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience with organizational change (desirable)
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams in different maturity stages (desirable)
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English (desirable)
