AI Automation Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to develop production-ready AI and automation solutions for enterprise-wide platforms. This position goes far beyond chatbot implementations – you will solve complex business challenges through intelligent automation and modern software development.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, enterprise systems, and product development. Your responsibilities include designing and deploying agent-driven workflows that interact with enterprise systems, developing document understanding and classification capabilities, and integrating AI services into large-scale enterprise applications. You will design evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks for AI systems, implement robust fallback mechanisms, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve operational challenges.

We expect at least 6 years of software development experience with strong Python skills and a proven track record of delivering production AI applications. Expertise in Large Language Models, RAG, Embeddings, agent-driven systems, and tool-calling architectures is required. Experience with API development, distributed systems, observability, testing, and monitoring, as well as the ability to lead AI solutions from concept to enterprise deployment, are essential.

Experience with frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain, multi-agent systems, OCR platforms, and cloud AI services is advantageous. Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
