Deployment of agent AI solutions from strategic vision to production implementation.

The role combines business framing, solution design, and value piloting within an international group.

CONTEXT

MISSIONS

◦ Lead executive-level workshops with business lines and corporate functions to identify challenges and opportunities.

◦ Co-construct AI adoption roadmaps by articulating the expected value and the path to that value.

◦ Build business cases, quantify value, and prepare decisions for qualification, committee, and milestone passage.

◦ Prioritize the Agent Builder use case portfolio.

◦ Architect end-to-end agent solutions on the Group's platforms.

◦ Integrate solutions into business workflows, systems, and data.

◦ Pilot and deploy with forward-deployed engineers, the Agentic Factory, product teams, and technology partners.

◦ Ensure the transition from pilot to production, including the deployment plan, change management, and handover to run and support teams.

◦ Advise business sponsors on their agent AI strategy.

◦ Monitor adoption and value KPIs.

◦ Report progress to executive sponsors and governance bodies.

◦ Identify opportunities for large-scale deployment across the Group's entities, countries, and business lines.

◦ Act as a liaison between business teams, forward-deployed engineers, product, architecture, data, cybersecurity, and technology partners.

◦ Synthesize field feedback to inform internal product roadmaps and partner requests.

◦ Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and solution patterns to industrialize the Agent Builder offering and ensure consistent delivery quality.
