Context

We are assisting a B2B tech company in their search for a Head of Product AI to take responsibility for an activity dedicated to artificial intelligence.

In a context of growth and new product development, the challenge is to take over the product strategy, build the roadmap, and support the structuring of a rapidly evolving team.

The activity covers several topics around generative AI, LLMs, open-weight models, and AI agents.

Missions

As Head of Product AI, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and driving the product vision and strategy across the entire AI scope.
• Building and prioritizing the roadmap based on customer needs, technological evolutions, and business objectives.
• Leading the development of services around LLMs, open-weight models, inference, and AI agents.
• Collaborating with Engineering teams to challenge technical choices and identify solutions adapted to market needs.
• Supporting the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing considerations.
• Monitoring product performance, costs, adoption, and profitability.
• Working with sales teams and clients to identify development opportunities.
• Participating in discussions and negotiations with technology partners.
• Supporting the structuring of the Product team and participating in recruitment.
• Start date: December 1st.
• Location: Paris.
• Remote work: up to 3 days per week maximum.
• Schedule: full-time.
