Context

A large international group is accelerating its transformation through AI and GenAI. Use cases have been identified and prioritized with business units, the budget is validated, and an AI agent platform is being deployed.

To strengthen the team in charge of the program, we are looking for an AI / GenAI Project Manager who will take charge, from start to finish, of a portion of the project portfolio.

Reporting to the Data & AI department, you will manage several cross-functional AI & GenAI projects, from scoping to production.

• Define the scope, build and defend the budget for each project.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business units and conduct feasibility studies.
• Contribute to validating architectural choices with technical teams.
• Organize the sequence of phases: POC, functional design, development, testing, production.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables before each handover between teams.
• Track the schedule, budget, team capacity, and risks; report and resolve blocking points.
• Control the scope and arbitrate new requests.
• Ensure collaboration between business units, functional teams, data/IT teams, and data scientists.
• Respond precisely to business stakeholders, including on operational topics.
• Apply the group's AI governance and standards.
• A high-stakes AI program, supported by senior management.
• Concrete projects, already prioritized and funded, with a direct impact on business units.
• A role with significant autonomy, at the intersection of business, data, and technology.
• Proven experience in managing AI / GenAI projects, preferably within a large group (Senior / Manager profile). Data project experience is a plus.
• Good command of AI & GenAI technologies (AI agents, POC, industrialization), sufficient to scope a use case, assess its feasibility, and challenge an architecture.
• Solid project management skills: planning, budget, risks, team organization.
• Experience with agile methods; experience with scaled agile (SAFe) is a plus.
• Ability to federate and convince teams without hierarchical authority.
• Rigor, attention to detail, and a talent for structuring.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high-level business stakeholders.
