Application Manager for Facility Management

Project overview

We are looking for a dedicated Application Manager for Facility Management systems at our Berlin location. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid work model (50% on-site, 50% remote) and handle a diverse range of tasks.

Your responsibilities include processing incidents and requests in the ITSM system and resolving errors in close cooperation with the infrastructure department. You will support the ongoing operation of the applications, perform maintenance tasks, and handle life-cycle management tasks. An important aspect of your work is supporting the business department in capturing and clearly describing requirements.

For this position, you bring the following qualifications: sound knowledge in Azure, practical experience with database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and confident handling of Windows operating systems. Basic knowledge of networks and hardware, as well as initial experience in project management, are required. ITIL certifications are an advantage. Fluent German language skills are necessary.

The position is designed for a duration of at least 12 months and starts on 01.12.2026. The scope is 37 hours per week. Your ability to clearly capture and communicate requirements will be crucial for success in this role.
