Job description
At the heart of the interface between clients and internal departments (Supply Chain, Production, Logistics), your main mission is to manage a dedicated client portfolio to ensure compliance with delivery commitments, customer satisfaction, and the reliability of operational data.
As such, your main responsibilities are structured around two major areas:
Be the privileged contact for clients for all day-to-day operational matters. Record, process, and track orders as well as specific client requests. Proactively inform clients about progress, potential delays, identified risks, and action plans deployed. Ensure impeccable quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor the operational status of flows and anticipate risks that could impact deliveries. Prioritize necessary corrective actions in close collaboration with internal teams (Production, Procurement, Shipping). Actively participate in portfolio reviews and monitoring of the site's operational priorities. Ensure the updating, traceability, and integrity of data in the ERP and reporting tools.
This is a two-month assignment, to be filled immediately, based in Aucamville (31), with a salary between 2000 and 2300 euros gross per month, depending on your experience.
Profile sought
Education: Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or Management.
Experience: You have successful prior experience in Sales Administration (ADV) or Customer Service, necessarily acquired within an industrial environment (knowledge of production flows and B2B requirements).
Tools: Good command of an industrial ERP system as well as office tools (especially Excel for monitoring and reporting).
Languages: Fluent professional English (minimum B2 level required), allowing you to communicate with ease on a daily basis, both orally and in writing, with international contacts.
