The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a university degree with a specialization in Human Resources (HR Certificate, CAS, DAS, MAS, or Master's in HR). They have 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with solid experience in recruitment and supporting managers. Organized, rigorous, and with excellent interpersonal skills, they can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Their ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and provide pragmatic solutions will be essential for success. Experience in the public or hospital sector is a real asset.
